Plump silken pearls of salmon caviar cured in soy sauce. Store in freezer for up to 10 additional days. Prior to consumption thaw in refrigerator for 8 hours and consume entirely within 5 days. Scoop out with spoon. Works well over grated daikon and soy sauce, or simply over warm rice.
