HOW TO CUT AVOCADO

Remember, all avocados are perfectly ripe and should be stored in the refrigerator.

Follow the steps below to prepare your avocado perfectly for the cutup rolls.

Cut the tip and pit of the fruit. Slice directly towards the seed until the blade stops. Rotate the avocado 360 until you go full circle with the blade. Crack open with a light twist.

 

Use your knife to 'tap' into the seed, then twist the seed out. Use the knife and cut below the skin, and gripping the skin peel it off.

 

Slice at an angle so pieces are more uniform and easier to use when rolling.
