The salmon belly tastes better (in my opinion) when cooked at 350 degrees with some sea salt sprinkled on top.

  • Prepare a cooking pan with tin foil and some oil spread thinly over it.
  • Place the large salmon belly strips on top, and sprinkle sea salt
  • Cook at 350 degrees for 5 minutes
  • Remove, let cool and cut into size
